PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION:
In hotels in the coastal resorts (SOL), booked rooms must be paid for at least 10 days before arrival day, but always taking into account the possible cancellation fee. When a room is booked less than 10 days before arrival date, payment must be effected right away.
PAYMENT for rooms in hotels in the coastal resorts can be done in different ways:
- Per bank transfer. In this case you will not be able to book directly on-line and you will have to send us a booking request. In our answer you will then find our bank details.
- With credit card with security methode CES. In this case you can book directly on-line.
In city hotels (CITY) booked rooms must be paid for after arrival directly at the hotel. In this case you will fill out the details of your credit card. In the following cases the hotel will charge your credit card account with the total cost for the first overnight stay:
- Cancellation on the planned arrival day, except when the cancellation conditions say othwerwise.
- Not show up in the hotel on the planned arrival day.
