Booking conditions 

The technical organisation of this programme has been made by Citysol "Viajes Viasol, S.A."
Our on-line reservation system only allows a maximum of 3 rooms per booking /per hotel.
If you wish to book more than 3 rooms, please contact our reservation department.
The accessing of our web page implies the acceptance of all of our purchasing conditions and legal notice.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be made by all users of this website, travel agents as well as private clients.

VALIDITY: The published tariffs are valid in the period indicated in each establishment or service, and once a reservation is made cannot be changed. However, changes will be valid in this information when they are made before the reservation or modifications have been agreed between the contracting parties.

CONFIRMATION: The reservation will be considered confirmed when Citysol receives the amount requested in the payment conditions.

PRICES: The indicated price is always for the first night of the indicated dates and can be different for the rest of the nights. This depends on the season and the duration of the stay. To know a total price, a reservation can be simulated. To do that the following has to be filled in: day of arrival, day of departure, number and type of rooms, meal services and birth date of eventual children. After filling in these dates, please click on “TOTAL”. You will then see the total sum, with all supplements and discounts already calculated. As well eventual cancellation costs are indicated at this point. It is not until then that you decide if you want yes or no to make the definitive reservation.
Please follow the literary criteria i.e. it is understood that, what is not included in the description of services or accommodation, is not included in the price.
Our prices do not include travel visa, airport taxes, or vaccinations. Likewise, in the descriptions of the accommodation, you will find all of the facilities that are available without specifying if these are free or not. For these reasons, services, installations or activities that are included for your information may be liable for an additional payment or deposit which should be paid directly in the establishment.
Drinks during meals, liqueurs, or special board arrangements are not included in the prices (unless otherwise indicated) and should be paid directly to the establishment.

DOCUMENTATION: When the reservation has been confirmed, we will issue the voucher that you will have to submit on your arrival at the establishment that you have booked.

CHANGING THE RESERVATION: For any changes that you wish to make to your reservation, (board arrangements, dates, establishments etc.) you must go to the home page of our web page and enter the section "MODIFY". Please note: additional charges caused by this change can be applied.

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT NOTICE (NO SHOW): It will be considered a cancellation without notice, if, without previous notice, you do not appear at the time and the place stipulated to enter the establishment. In this case, you will lose the right to all monies paid.

CESSION OF THE RESERVATION: The consumer can transfer their reservation to another person that complies with the required conditions. The transfer should be advised to the agency where the reservation has been made or directly to Citysol in the case of private clients.
The transfer is free where it is made within a minimum of 15 days before the date of the first service. If the notification is made after this, we can refuse to accept the transfer, and can ask for a cancellation charge of a maximum of 5% of the total of the contracted service.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: To cancel a reservation you must go to our home page and enter the section "CANCEL" Due to the wide variety of establishments, the charges derived from the cancellation of services are variable, depending upon the establishment, of the dates and destination. However, it is considered inalterable the charges made within the period of 72 hours before arrival and in the case of establishments with special conditions, the period specifically indicated by them.

Independent of cancellation costs an establishment charges, Citysol will charge 1% of the total sum, with a minimum of 20,00 Euros, as handling fee.
Eventual cancellation fees and handling fee will be deducted from the total to be refunded by Ctysol.

CLAIMS: We do not accept complaints, presented more than 30 days after your return. You are obliged to notify your claim during your stay and to present it in writing to your representative or directly to Citysol, in order that the possible problem can be resolved "in situ" and during your stay.

REPAYMENTS: Repayments will always be formalised through the agency that made the reservation except with the exception of private clients. Any service reserved by the client and not used cannot be repaid without the express authorisation of Citysol..

RESPONSIBILITY OF CITYSOL: Citysol acts as an intermediary, acting as co-ordinator between the clients and the establishments offered. This position of intermediary and co-ordination exempts Citysol from any responsibility for damages, whether personal or material that the client may occur during the use of the contracted service. Citysol remains exempt of all responsibility that the client may have for outside causes, such as accidents, transport delays, loss of luggage during the journey, providing that Citysol is not directly to blame.
For these problems Citysol recommends that the client contract an adequate travel insurance policy.
For the consequences of main force, abnormal or unforeseen, Citysol reserves the right to change the reservation without further obligation than to advise the client.

JURISTIC REGULATION OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS: The obligatory contract completed by both parties, is constituted of the clauses contained in these general conditions and is complimented by the applicable legislation.
The contract is considered correct in the moment that the client receives the corresponding voucher for the contracted services.
The fact of acquiring or taking part in the published services presumes the acceptance on the part of the client, of all and each one of the general conditions that are considered automatically incorporated in the contract without the necessity of written transposition in it .
All participants in the relation are expressly subjected to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Girona to resolve any differences within the present contract..
